*Players must complete online waiver to participate
Option to play 2 or 1 game on play date.
*Fees per team are $500 per team if you register to play 2 games
*Fees per team are $250 per team if you register to play 1 game
*Payment by Bank ACH or Credit Card charges an additional processing fee

Bank Account Fee: 3.25% + $0.30
Credit Card Fee: 4.25% + $0.30
